If you are like me, you feel a great sense of loyalty and gratitude when a repeat client requests to work with you again. This is a great feeling, but in the past, they would often overshadow the new and improved processes that I had put in place to be of more value to my clients. As a result, clients would expect things to be the way they were when we worked together in the past, when that was not necessarily true, and of course that is potential for problems down the road
I created this document to send to repeat clients to start the process of managing their expectations right from the onset. It is a great way to ease into that dreaded conversation of increased fees and changes in processes. It is an opportunity for them to review and ask questions. It explains the reason why things have changed for the better and why fees have increased.
